Sourdough Bread Workshop with Carey Priest

Sourdough is a natural leaven that harnesses the power of wild yeasts and other microorganisms to create wholesome bread with delicious flavours. Sourdough is an easy, but experiential method that relies on the judgement of the baker more than precise recipes. The workshop will introduce to sourdough and learn everything you need to know to make delicious bread at home. Get to know your microorganisms, and then eat them!
